Removal |

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |

Remove the crash pad lower panel.
(Refer to Body - "Crash Pad Lower Panel") |

Remove the fuel filler door open switch (A) after pushing the hooks inside. |
Installation |

Install the fuel filler door open switch. |
2. |
Install the crash pad lower panel. |
3. |
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
Inspection |
1. |
Check the switch for continuity between the No. 1 and No. 6
terminals. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the fuel
filler door open switch. |

Your new vehicle is designed to use only unleaded fuel having a pump octane number
((R+M)/2) of 87 (Research Octane Number 91) or higher. (Do not use methanol blended
