Replacement
   
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
   
•
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
•
Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.
•
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
1.
Remove the both front seats.
(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Assembly")
2.
Remove the second row seat.
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
3.
Remove the front pillar trim.
(Refer to Interior Trim - "Front Pillar Trim")
4.
Remove the canter pillar lower trim.
(Refer to Interior Trim - "Front Pillar Trim")
5.
Remove the canter pillar upper trim.
(Refer to Interior Trim - "Center Pillar Trim")
6.
Remove the rear pillar trim.
(Refer to Interior Trim - "Rear Pillar Trim")
7.
Remove the tailgate piller trim.
(Refer to Interior Trim - "Rear Pillar Trim")
8.
Remove the sunvisor and retainer.
(Refer to Roof Trim - "Sunvisor")
9.
Remove the assist handle.
(Refer to Roof Trim - "Assist Handle")
10.
Remove the overhead console lamp.
(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Overhead Console Lamp")
11.
Remove the room lamp.
(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Room Lamp")
12.
Remove the luggage room lamp.
(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Luggage Room Lamp")
13.
Remove the LDWS cover (A).

14.
Disconnect the LDWS unit connector (A).

15.
Remove the auto defogging sensor cover (A) and ECM mirror cover (B).

16.
Disconnect the auto defogging sensor cover (A) and ECM mirror cover (B).

17.
Disconnect the roof trim main connector (A) and the mounting clips (B) in the front pillar.

18.
Disconnect the tailgate main connector (A).
[LH]

[RH]

19.
Push the lower anchor (A) of second center row seat belt into the second center row seat belt cover.

20.
Make a gap by moving down the roof trim then disconnect the sunroof main connector (A).

21.
Remove the tailgate weatherstrip.
(Refer to Tail Gate - "Tail Gate Weatherstrip")
22.
To remove the roof trim, press the lock pin (A) in the direction of the arrow.

23.
Remove the roof trim assembly (A) from the vehicle through the tail gate.

24.
Remove the vanity lamp.
(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Vanity Lamp")
25.
Remove the rear heater and air conditioning control unit.
(Refer to Heating,Ventilation And Air Conditioning - "Heater & A/C Control Unit (Rear)")
26.
Remove the rear in-car sensor.
(Refer to Heating,Ventilation And Air Conditioning - "Rear In-car Sensor")
27.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
   
•
Make sure that the connectors are plugged in properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips.
